About Webster Kitchen and Bath

My name is Mike Webster, and I'm the owner of Webster Kitchen and Bath. As a Berks County native, I've always had a passion for building and working with my hands.

That passion started at a young age while helping my dad build boats in our garage. Spending countless hours learning how to build, problem-solve, and pay attention to detail laid the foundation for the work I do today. Those early experiences taught me the value of craftsmanship, patience, and taking pride in creating something built to last.

At the age of 10, I began racing boats - a passion that continued throughout my life. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to compete at the highest levels of boat racing both across the United States and internationally. Racing taught me discipline, focus, and the importance of preparation and precision - values that still guide the way I approach every remodeling project today.

After high school, I attended college and earned a degree in teaching. I went on to enjoy a 16-year career in education, where I had the opportunity to positively impact students and families every day. While teaching was incredibly rewarding, I always continued to build, remodel, and work with my hands outside the classroom.

In 2016, I made the decision to start my renovation business and transition fully into the remodeling industry. Although the career path changed, the goal remained the same - making a positive impact on people's lives. Instead of helping students in a classroom, I now help homeowners improve the spaces where they spend time with family and create lasting memories.

Today, I take pride in providing homeowners with quality craftsmanship, honest communication, and remodeling solutions designed around their homes and lifestyles. Every project is approached with attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering work that homeowners can feel proud of for years to come.

When I'm not working, I stay busy with my wife and our three children. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, running, and being with family and friends.
